You won't find this in a Pottery Barn (I'm told it would be priced almost double) because it's handmade by me with just brush and paint. It's muted blues and aquas evoke the inviting ambiance of a carefree beach bungalow. Its' rough-hewn complexion comes from a 10 step, 2 day distressing process created through years of trial and error.
We handpick pallet wood from Jamaica to Japan that's acquired a lifetime of nicks and bumps. A wooden clock with this level of charm would otherwise take years using store-bought lumber. Constructed for longevity, Goathopper wall clocks are to be passed down for generations.
Whether it's coastal beach decor, modern farmhouse decor or urban modern design the Goathoppers proven adaptability makes it a perfect utility piece for any wall including the kitchen, den or outdoor porch.
NOTE: We could make you a clock in a day, but it would show. The real deal takes 3 to 5 business days. Only then does it earn the famous Goathopper seal and logo on the face. We've been told it's well worth the wait.

Why do you use old pallet wood?
- CONSERVATION
All of our wood is 100% re-purposed so no trees are sacrificed. Moreover, when you buy a clock, we plant a tree. We've been called tree huggers on more than one occasion and we're proud of it. - RESILIENCE
It's tough. The blue collar of wood. Otherwise it would not have been selected for pallet duty. Right?
- CHARACTER
In a previous life our reclaimed pallet wood delivered everything from olive oil to umbrellas so each plank has a story to tell. Every bump and nick along the way adds up to a weathered, rustic, farmhouse complexion.
